Members After Hours Pickup Guide

1. Enter your assigned 4-digit code into the keypad, then press #.

2. Gate will open.

1. Pull your car up to the main garage door.

2. Exit car and enter your assigned 4-digit code on the keypad to the left of the garage door, then press #.

3. Garage door will open. Please pull inside and enter a vacant spot, nose first.

4. If swapping cars, scan your KeyCafe fob into "Key Drop Off" in KeyCafe. Bin will open, deposit key and close bin.

1. Enter the 1 time code we sent via text/email into "Key Pickup" in Key Cafe.

2. Bin will open, retrieve key and close bin.

3. Walk over to the keypad located next to the wash bay and enter your assigned 4-digit access code, hit #. Pull car up to Garage door, door will open. Garage door is active for 2 minutes once you enter your code.

4. Drive out of the garage.

5. Slowly approach gate on the bridge, gate will automatically open.

6. Enjoy the drive!

1. We will assign your 4 digit keypad code and text/email to you before any after hours pickup. This code will work at the gate and at the main garage door.

2. KeyCafe codes are always a 1-time code and will be texted/emailed to you prior to your pickup. This code is much longer and is separate from your keypad access code.
